Training - Day 3

Okay, so day 1 was a disaster a quick reality check if you ask everyone. But some awesome fundraising was done so we were very pumped.
Day 2 was super hard, lots of walking but more running than day 1. This is the day everybody was SORE. Very very sore.
Day 3 was much better. Everyone is now permanently sore. I walked only 300m of my 2.6km run. In 22min. The feeling after was rewarding and an awesome reminder of why we are doing what we are doing!
We’ve almost reached our team goal so it has been upped in the hope of some cupcake related fundraising in the coming weeks!
Thanks to everyone who donated so far!
Lots of love

I'm running for Sarah

I’m running for autism to help create a world where no-one on the autism spectrum is left behind.

I've set my challenge and I'll be running from Sunday 31st October - 7th November while raising much needed funds to support people on the autism spectrum.

An estimated 1 in every 70 people is on the spectrum. Along with their family members, this means autism is a part of daily life for over a million Australians.

People on the spectrum see, hear, feel and experience the world differently. For many, simply coping with the everyday can lead to confusion, anxiety and isolation.

By coming together and taking action, we can help provide opportunities for people on the autism spectrum to participate, engage and thrive in the world around them.

Help make my run challenge count and show your support by donating today!
