Family business

It takes a village to raise a kid! In a similar fashion, having very young kids in your home can make it challenging to go out for a run. With a little bit of organization and the commitment of the family, we found that it is possible to find the right balance and invest time in projects close to our heart like the Run for Autism initiative.
Time management is key, and we found that spending 15-20 min per night to plan the next day, and 45min on Sunday evenings to plan the week ahead with your partner puts you in control and builds up the sense of ownership. As the saying goes: "failing to plan, is planning to fail"!

I'm running for....

My wife Flora and I are running for autism to help create a world where no-one on the autism spectrum is left behind.

I've set my challenge and I'll be running from Sunday 1st - 8th November while raising much needed funds to support people on the autism spectrum.

An estimated 1 in every 70 people is on the spectrum. Along with their family members, this means autism is a part of daily life for over a million Australians.

People on the spectrum see, hear, feel and experience the world differently. For many, simply coping with the everyday can lead to confusion, anxiety and isolation.

By coming together and taking action, we can help provide opportunities for people on the autism spectrum to participate, engage and thrive in the world around them.

Help make my run challenge count and show your support by donating today!
