What are the benefits of getting involved in Run for Autism?

Aside from challenging yourself (and your friends, family, or colleagues), running throughout October helps spark positive change—so that people on the autism spectrum feel accepted, supported, and understood.

Research shows that running supports both physical health and emotional wellbeing. This year, we’re inviting you to Run for Autism—your way.

Whether you choose to run 35km, 70km, or 140km during the month of October, every step you take and every dollar you raise will help support Autistic Australians and their families at all life stages.

What are the socks made of, and are they seamless?

Our socks are ankle length and feature a soft terry towelling sole, providing extra comfort. There is a small seam above the toes, but overall, they feel incredibly soft and cosy to wear.
