How my run will change lives
The earlier someone on the autism spectrum receives a diagnosis, the better. That's especially true for children. An early diagnosis opens doors to specialised support and helping them realise their unique potential as early as possible.
I’m running for my 3 year old son, Ari who is not only the sweetest mini man I know but is also non-verbal autistic. He was diagnosed at 2 after he lost his words at 16 months old.
By joining Run for autism, you're helping give people like Ari access to Aspect Schools and tailored learning for students on the autism spectrum, recruitment assistance for adults, therapy services and much more.
