I’m joining the movement to Run for Autism. But I need your help.
Just recently, my son was diagnosed with Autism. As a parent, this has opened my eyes to the importance of understanding, acceptance, and celebrating neurodiversity. I want to raise awareness, not only to support him, but also to help others see the strengths, challenges, and unique perspectives that come with Autism.
Why am I running 70km this October? Because 70% of Autistic people face mental health challenges.
I’m running towards a more inclusive world where Autistic Australians have the opportunity to thrive.
