My walk today

Today I walked over 5kms and what a beautiful and windy day it was to walk. I know I still have a long way to go to finish 70kms before the end of month. I will work hard and do my best to get 70kms done by the end of this month. If you feel led, please donate to help people who struggle with autism and thank you to those who have donated.

My kilometers today

I know I am getting a late start to the Run for Autism 2025, but because I committed to doing this run (or rather, walk in my case) I want to get it started and finish it well.

As most of you know, I do have autism (and ADHD). And because of my lived experience of having autism, I am a passionate advocate for people with autism and ADHD, especially in the area of domestic violence prevention and awareness.

I want to raise money to help and support and encourage people who struggle with autism because I personally know how challenging it can be to live with autism on a day-by-day basis.

Please help by donating to Run for Autism 2025 if you feel led to or please forward my page to others who may be interested and able to help. Thank you so much in advance for any help you can give me as I complete the Run (walk) for Autism.

I’m joining the movement to Run for Autism. But I need your help.

Why am I running 70km this October? Because 70% of Autistic people face mental health challenges.

I’m running towards a more inclusive world where Autistic Australians have the opportunity to thrive.

Please donate now and show your support to my fundraiser. You’ll be helping more Autistic people in Australia access life-changing assessments, autism-specific education, specialist therapies and adult community services.

You’ll also give me the motivation I need to log my kilometres as I go the distance throughout October. Donate now to show your support.

Thank you!
