I’m joining the movement to Run for Autism. But I need your help.

For the 2nd year running I’ve decided to raise money for Autism in the lead up to the Melbourne Marathon. I don’t have a specific KM goal for the month, rather the marathon itself and going for my goal time (at this stage, around the 3:10-3:12 mark)

This is something very important to me as an autistic person who loves to run and also works with autistic people as a support worker. The work Aspect does is very important. All neurodivergent people deserve the support and resources to live their best life in an inclusive and accessible world. 

A marathon may be hard but it’s nothing compared to what some people are going through day to day just to get by and be a part of society, in a world that often doesn’t cater to our needs. I’m determined to get this done!
