I’m joining the movement to Run for Autism. But I need your help.
My name is Emma, and I’m participating in the Run for Autism to support a cause that’s personally meaningful to me. As someone on the autism spectrum, I’ve experienced some of the challenges that many autistic people face, particularly when it comes to mental health.
Issues such as anxiety, burnout, and depression are common within the autistic community and are often made more difficult by a lack of understanding, resources, and appropriate support.
By taking part in this event, I hope to raise awareness and contribute to funding programs and services that make a real difference in the lives of autistic individuals and their families.
