I’m joining the movement to Run for Autism. But I need your help.
Why am I running 70km this October? Because 70% of Autistic people face mental health challenges.
I’m running towards a more inclusive world where Autistic Australians have the opportunity to thrive.
I was lucky enough to have the resources and support to getting an offical diagnosis of Autism spectrum Disorder one year ago.
I know that I am incredibly lucky to be in the position where I was able to get a diagnosis without worrying if I’ll have enough money to live!
If I can help others who can’t afford a diagnosis and as a result, can’t access or fund needed supports , it is the least i can do
I’m confident that I can RUN 70 km (or more) in a month because I have been able to achieve a PB of 8.2 km, so technically I just need to complete like… 8 runs in a month? Heck yes!
Please donate now and show your support to my fundraiser. You’ll be helping more Autistic people in Australia access life-changing assessments, autism-specific education, specialist therapies and adult community services.
You’ll also give me the motivation I need to log my kilometres as I go the distance throughout October. Donate now to show your support.
Thank you!
You have got this.
