Why am I running 70km this October? Because 70% of Autistic people face mental health challenges. Because I was diagnosed with AuDHD at 55yo (Autism and ADHD) and I've always felt like I needed more help in life.
I’m running towards a more inclusive world where Autistic Australians have the opportunity to thrive.
