I’m joining the movement to Run for Autism.
Why am I running 140km this October? Because 70% of Autistic people face mental health challenges.
This isn’t something I post about a lot but is extremely close to home. My Daughter Sunday is 4 years old, has level 3 Autism and non verbal. Although she brightens up our day everyday. We cant deny that we have our challenges on a daily basis.
Without certain support networks, families lives would be exponentially harder. Which is why is I’ve joined ‘Run for Autism’.
I’m running towards a more inclusive world where Autistic Australians have the opportunity to thrive.
