I’m joining the movement to Run for Autism. But I need your help.
I’m running because this journey is deeply personal. Because I know the fight. I live it. Every day.
Autism isn’t a label in our home. It’s our reality, our love, our challenge and it's our biggest strength.
It is so deeply woven into the heart of my family.
My three beautiful children, my nieces, nephews, and my neurodivergent family, they are my world.
I run so they can live in a world that sees them as they are, not something to “fix,” but something to understand, support, and celebrate.
We were told a diagnosis would open doors. But it didn’t. There were no keys handed to us. Only locked doors. And we’ve had to kick every single one down. I’m still fighting.. because even in 2025, the barriers are still there. The misunderstanding is still there. And our kids are still being left behind.
Every step I run is for them. For their voices, their futures and their pride in who they are. I run so they know their minds are not broken, they are brilliant.
I run to be part of building a world that sees them, hears them, and supports them to thrive.
I’m also running for the 70% of Autistic people who face mental health challenges. Because no one should ever feel alone for being different.
By donating, you’ll be helping more Autistic Australians access life changing assessments that cost thousands of dollars, autism specific education, therapies, and adult services. You’ll also be helping fuel my motivation to show up every day and clock every kilometre for them and for the next generation to come.
Please donate if you can, share if you can’t, and stand beside us in creating lasting change.
From my family to yours.
Thank you for being part of this.
