We're joining the movement to Run for Autism. But we need your help!
Since receiving Annabelle’s diagnosis last year with AuDHD (Autism & ADHD) I’ve been sharing our journey openly.
We do this because we believe that sharing fosters understanding and the more awareness we build, the better life becomes for individuals and families navigating neurodiversity.
💡 Did you know that 70% of Autistic people in Australia experience mental health challenges? This is largely because the world isn’t built with autism in mind.
This October, Annabelle and I are focusing on our mental health, strengthening our connection, and tackling some of our daily challenges head-on.
Together, we’re walking, running, and riding 70km throughout the month. (That’s a huge effort for little legs!)
