Kms for Kenzi

Run for Autism 2026

200Kms for Kenzi

This October, I’m taking on the Run for Autism challenge and completing 200km for my son, Kenzi.

Kenzi is one of the kindest, gentlest and most caring little boys you could ever meet. He brings so much love and happiness to our family, and he has taught us to see and understand the world in ways we never had before.

Our autism journey has sometimes been challenging and isolating. Kenzi experiences difficulties with communication, sensory regulation, social interaction, eating, learning and many everyday routines that others may take for granted. However, this journey has also brought our family an incredible amount of understanding, patience and learning. We are continually inspired by Kenzi’s strength and by the unique way he experiences the world.

As his dad, I would do absolutely anything for him. I’m completing these 200 kilometres to celebrate Kenzi, raise greater awareness of autism and help raise funds for autistic people and the families who support them.

We know firsthand how important understanding, inclusion and access to the right support can be. Every donation, no matter the amount, will help make a difference and will give me even more motivation to keep moving through every kilometre.

Thank you for supporting me, Kenzi and the wider autism community.
