Fastest run!
Logged my fasted run last night which was unexpected! 5km in just under 33min. I've had a bit of a low-grade bug and a croaky voice so was just going out to get tthe kms done...and I logged a PB!!!Thankyou!!!
I heading out today for run number 1 and I'm feeling super-excited and blown away by all the donations already!!!I’m joining the movement to Run for Autism. But I need your help.
Why am I running 70km this October? Because 70% of Autistic people face mental health challenges.
I'm running for Autistic people I know and love. I'm running for a world with a better understanding and acceptance of what it means to be Autistic. I’m running towards a more inclusive world where Autistic Australians have the opportunity to thrive.
