Run for Autism - Running for Jayden

Why am I running 155km this October?  Because 70% of Autistic people face mental health challenges. Running 5km a day, rain or shine, is a good step to recognising this fact and helping raise awareness, especially for those growing up facing these very challenges, like our son Jayden.

I’m running towards a more inclusive world where Autistic Australians have the opportunity to thrive, and not have to wear their "normal" mask all the time just to fit in.

Please donate now and show your support to my fundraiser.  You’ll be helping provide early diagnosis, autism-specific education, and critical research into mental health issues experienced by Autistic people so they can access the support they need to realise their different brilliant®.

You’ll also give me the motivation I need to log my kilometres as I go the distance throughout October. The original 70km run challenge seemed too tame, and I figured 5k a day sounded better.

Cheers!
