Why am I running 70km this October?
Because 70% of Autistic people face mental health challenges and because I believe every Autistic person deserves the opportunity to thrive, feel included, and have access to the support and resources they need.
As a parent of an Autistic child, I know how important the right support, understanding, acceptance and opportunities can be. Every person deserves to be seen for who they are, included in their community, and given the resources they need to reach their full potential.
I’m running 70km to help create a more inclusive world where Autistic individuals can thrive, not just fit in!
