Why I’m running 70km this October?
This October, I'm running 70km because 70% of Autistic people experience mental health challenges.
This cause is deeply personal to me. Someone very special to me is on the spectrum, and their journey has shown me how important understanding, inclusion, and the right support can be. Every person deserves the opportunity to thrive and be celebrated for who they are.
Your donation will help provide early diagnosis, autism-specific education, and vital mental health research, giving individuals and their families access to the support they need.
Every contribution, no matter the size, makes a difference—and every kilometre I run is for this cause.
