140KM for Jay — Running for Autism Awareness 💙
Autism awareness is something that hits very close to home for me and our household. 💙
I’m taking on a personal challenge to push myself to run 140km throughout the month of October, all in support of autism awareness and to help create a better understanding of autism in our community.
This means so much more to me because of our beautiful son Jay, who has autism.
Watching Jay grow, learn and experience the world in his own unique way has given me a completely different perspective on autism. Seeing how strong and driven in life he can be, working through any handballs he’s thrown in is so inspiring.
This challenge is my way of stepping outside my comfort zone, pushing myself physically and using that challenge to raise awareness for something that means so much to our family.
Ive set the bar high with 140km.
