I’m joining the movement to Run for Autism.

hello friends, family & everybody in between! 

this october, my legendary school family and I are  running to raise money for the charity “run for autism”. 

we’re each commiting to run a set amount of km’s over the month, with my goal being 140km (ouch!)

70% of autistic adults experience mental health challenges. as educators, we work closely with children who are on the autism spectrum, as well as supporting students and families who are going through the process of diagnosis.  

the money raised will help provide earlier diagnosis, resources for families, mental health research, and specialist schooling that offers a space for children to reach their potential.

we’re getting our school & local community involved by doing part of the running before and after school, as well as during our recess and lunch breaks. the kids can join in on the fun too and run rings around us!
