Run for Autism
This October I'm taking on the Run for Autism challenge and aiming to complete 70 km, representing the fact that around 70% of autistic people experience mental health challenges.
Autism is a cause that's very close to my heart, as it has become a meaningful part of my life and I’ve seen the importance of understanding, acceptance and support for autistic people and their families.
I'm raising funds to support autism diagnosis, education, and mental health research.
