Im Running for autisim especially for my son i want to make a change somehow

Why am I running 70km this October? Because 70% of Autistic people face mental health challenges.

If you know Casey, you know he has the most beautiful, kind soul. He experiences life deeply, and nothing brings me more happiness than seeing him happy. When Casey gets excited, he flaps his hands and jumps up and down. I absolutely love seeing this. It is the purest, most unfiltered expression of joy you will ever witness.<!--TgQPHd|||[]-->
But behind those moments of pure joy, Casey faces challenges every single day.<!--TgQPHd|||[]-->
Navigating a world that isn't built for his sensory and communication needs is exhausting. There are days when he struggles deeply just to process the sights, sounds, and demands around him. He has to work twice as hard as other kids just to do everyday things. Yet, through every single meltdown, setback, and hard day, Casey shows us what true strength looks like. He is so incredibly resilient.
