70K for Autism: Running with Purpose, Leading with Rahmah!
This October, I’m excited to take on a challenge and run 70 kilometres! 🏃♀️
Did you know that 70% of individuals with Autism face mental health challenges? I’m passionate about supporting a more inclusive world where autistic Australians are understood, valued and empowered to truly thrive.
For me, this run is about more than the kilometres. It is an opportunity to practise rahmah — compassion and care for others — and to serve a cause greater than ourselves with sincerity, humility and gratitude.
I invite you to join me in making a difference by donating to my fundraiser. Your generous support will help provide early diagnosis, autism-specific education, and vital research into the mental health challenges affecting autistic individuals.
Every contribution, big or small, will make a difference — and every bit of support will motivate me to keep putting one foot in front of the other.
May this small effort contribute to something meaningful and remind us of the importance of rahmah, empathy and service to others.
Thank you sincerely for your support.
