I’m Running for Autism! Help Me Make a Difference

This October, I’m running 70km for someone who means the absolute world to me. My son, Ali. 💙

Ali is Autistic and experiences the world in his own unique way. Being his mum has shown me how important understanding, acceptance and the right support are for Autistic people and their families.

I’m taking on 70km because around 70% of Autistic people experience mental health challenges. For me, this isn’t just a statistic or simply a fitness challenge, it’s personal. Every kilometre I run is for Ali, and for every Autistic person who deserves to be understood, supported and given every opportunity to thrive.

Throughout October, I’ll be logging my kilometres and running towards a future where Autistic people are celebrated for who they are and have access to the support they need…

If you’re able to donate, no matter how big or small, I would be incredibly grateful. Your donation will support early diagnosis, autism-specific education and vital research into the mental health challenges experienced by Autistic people.

And every donation will give me a little extra motivation to keep putting one foot in front of the other until I reach all 70km. 🏃‍♀️💙

I’m running for autism.

But most of all, I’m running for Ali. 💙

Thank you so much for supporting us.
