I’m joining the movement to Run for Autism. But I need your help.
This October I'm taking on the challenge of running and walking 70km because around 70% of autistic people experience mental health challenges.
For me, this is about so much more than the kilometres. I'm doing this for my children, my family, and my friends who are on the autism spectrum. I want to help create a more inclusive world where autistic Australians have every opportunity to thrive.
I'm also using this challenge as a way to improve my own fitness while supporting a cause that's incredibly close to my heart.
If you're able to, I'd really appreciate your support. Every donation helps fund early diagnosis, autism-specific education, and vital research into the mental health challenges experienced by autistic people, helping them access the support they need to reach their full potential.
Your support will also keep me motivated as I run and walk my way through all 70 kilometres this October. Thank you so much for cheering me on and supporting such an important cause.

Woohoo! Go for it!!
