This October, I’m riding, running and walking 70km to support the Autism community.
Why 70km? Because 70% of people with Autism experience mental health challenges.
I’m raising money to support early diagnosis, autism-specific education and important mental health research, helping create a world that embraces neurodiversity. A world where every child is understood, supported and given the time and space to experience, learn and grow in their own beautiful way.
