Its nearly October!

This October I’m taking part in Run for Autism 🏃‍♀️—a cause that’s very close to my heart. I’ve set myself a target of 40km across the month (which works out to 10km a week). That might not sound like much for some, but considering I currently run exactly 0km a week, it’s going to be a big stretch!

Why am I doing this?

1. It’s an incredible cause that deserves all the support it can get.

2. My gym has managed to rope me in (coercion at its finest).

3. I’ve injured my back, so while I can’t lift much right now, it feels like the perfect time to try and improve at something I usually dislike—running.
