I’m joining the movement to Run for Autism. But I need your help.
This October, Grounded Living is taking on 70km for Run for Autism — representing the 70% of Autistic people who experience mental health challenges.
But we don’t want to do it alone.
At Grounded Living, we believe in doing things alongside people — getting outside, moving our bodies, connecting with others and creating opportunities for everyone to be part of something.
So this October, we’re creating a Grounded Living Run for Autism team and inviting our participants, families, friends and wider community to join us.
Run, walk or roll. Come for a kilometre or stay for a few. Log your kilometres towards your own 70km challenge, join us for our regular community runs, or simply come along and be part of it.
There’s no pace to keep and no level of fitness you need to have. The goal is movement, connection and doing something meaningful together.
Along the way, we’ll be raising funds to support Autistic Australians through early diagnosis, autism-specific education and research into the mental health challenges experienced by the Autistic community.
Movement, nature, community and genuine inclusion are at the heart of Grounded Living, so we can’t think of a better way to spend October.
Join our team, clock up some kilometres with us, and help us move towards a world where every person has the opportunity to thrive exactly as they are. 🌿
