I’m joining the movement to Run for Autism. But I need your help.
Why am I running 70km this October? Because someone I care deeply about is Autistic. And I’ve seen first-hand both the joy and the challenges that come with that.
I’m running for them. For the moments they’ve felt unseen or misunderstood. For the times they’ve had to fight harder than others just to be accepted. This run is my way of saying: I see you, I support you, and I’m with you every step of the way.
70% of Autistic people face mental health challenges. That’s why I’m taking on this challenge — to raise awareness and support for better mental health, early diagnosis, education, and research. Because everyone deserves the chance to thrive, no matter how they experience the world.
Your donation doesn’t just help create a more inclusive future — it shows love, support, and solidarity. And honestly, it will keep me going on the days this 70km feels a little too far.
Please donate if you can. It would mean the world to me — and to the people I’m running for.
Thank you so much.
