I’m joining the movement to Run for Autism. But I need your help.
Why am I running 70km this October? Because 70% of Autistic people face mental health challenges.
I’m doing this for something that has become a very important part of my life. My partner’s son has Level 3 Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and through him and our family, I’ve gained a much deeper understanding of autism, the challenges that come with it, and the incredible people and families who navigate them every day.
I’ll be pushing myself physically and mentally throughout October, but knowing who I’m doing it for will make every step worthwhile.
