Running so far

Counting today I have done 24kms all up.
7kms walking
17kms running
I do most my runs at night and will walk when I have my kids with me. I have a shin splint pains probably from wearing the wrong shoes and running everyday which is not a normal daily activity I did before. Other than all that, I enjoy being outside and running on my own, more down time for me.

🙏🏽

Matthew 25:40
And the King will answer them, ‘Truly, I say to you, as you did it to one of the least of these my brothers, you did it to me.

Jeremiah’s Dad

For the captain of this beautiful ship sailing for Jeremiah. Thankyou for leading us all in light Momma bear. We may carry him during our run but once upon a time there was only one person who carried this beautiful child in the womb. Love you 💐
