Why am I running 70km this October? Because 70% of Autistic people face mental health challenges.
I’m running towards a more inclusive world where Autistic Australians have the opportunity to thrive.

I think what you’re doing is amazing ❤️ As a mum to a daughter with Type 1 diabetes, I understand how important it is to raise awareness and help people understand the challenges our children face, even the ones that aren’t always visible to others. It can be hard watching our girls navigate their struggles, and all we want is for them to feel understood, supported and accepted. Your daughter is so lucky to have you advocating for her, and I think it’s beautiful that you’re turning your experiences into something positive to help others.
