I’m joining the movement to Run for Autism. But I need your help.
October is a month that means more to me than just fitness goals or kilometres on a running watch.
This month, I have committed to running 100 kilometres for Run 4 Autism. While the physical challenge is significant, the reason behind it is far greater than any distance I will cover.
Recently, my son was diagnosed with Level 3 Autism. Like many families who receive a diagnosis, we have experienced a mix of emotions, questions, uncertainty, and determination. We are learning every day about the unique challenges he faces, while also celebrating the incredible person he is.
This is why I have chosen to take part in Run 4 Autism.
While running 100 kilometres may test my body, it is only a small reflection of the resilience shown every day by autistic individuals and the families who support them. Their strength, perseverance, and determination inspire me far more than any finish line ever could.
If you are able to support this cause, whether through a donation, sharing this page, or simply taking a moment to learn more about autism, it would mean the world to me and my family.
Thank you for being part of this journey and for helping make a difference—one kilometre at a time.
“God First, Family Always, Faith Forever” - Every kilometre I run this October is for my son & every family navigating the autism journey. Let’s trot!

Good luck toko keen to jump in
