Why I am running 30K for autism

I’m running 30 km for autism because this cause is personal to me.

I’ve been lucky enough to receive support that has helped me understand myself and given me the tools to overcome challenges. I know that without that support, life would have been much harder.

Not everyone gets the same opportunities. Many autistic people struggle for years without knowing why they feel different or without getting the support they need. I don’t want anyone to go through that.

I’m doing this run because I want to help make sure more people can access the support they deserve, so they can understand themselves, build confidence, and have the chance to succeed in life, just like I’ve been able to.

Every kilometre I run is for everyone who deserves to be seen, understood, and supported.
